Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama (born January 17, 1964) is an American lawyer and writer who was First Lady of the United States from 2009 to 2017. She is married to the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, and is the first African American First Lady.

Mrs. Obama advocates healthy living for all children. She is an example of a loving wife, mother, and voice for women. I have no doubt that her two girls will be successful in their chosen career. She is a role model for women throughout the world. Maintaining normalcy and raising two girls in the environment of a political atmosphere has to be difficult for any parent. Kudos to Mrs. Obama for a job well done.
